This is a development program to attract and groom fresh Malaysian graduates into Future Leaders of Wipro Unza Group. The Management Trainees will be included in our Succession Plan with career opportunities to be promoted to managerial positions based on their competencies and career opportunities within the Group. Designed to provide unparalleled opportunity to acquire the management techniques and real-world skills in a specific area of expertise, the Wipro Unza Management Trainee Program targets outstanding graduates.
Young Talent Program (Graduate Trainee)
In this program, bright young talents are given an opportunity in specific function perspective and the opportunity to gain deep expertise in a chosen area of specialization within function. The trainees will be able to understand the core tasks within the function. On-Job-Training and formal development will be part of the program. Graduate Trainees are given the opportunity to take on value-added projects outside their functional job scopes to create excitement in their role.
