Purchasing ExecutiveResponsibilities:
• Responsible for purchasing of company’s requirement of raw materials in conformance to established standards and in accordance to Company Policy and Procedures.

Senior Demand PlannerResponsibilities:
• Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of demand planning functions.
• Close collaboration with Sales/Marketing/Trade Marketing and Planning (supply) Teams.
• Improve forecast accuracy with robust forecasting process – review sales trend, gather forecast information (including promotional plan) from sales, marketing, trade (customers) and other sources.
• Provide input to the Planning (supply) Team in developing inventory strategies on existing SKUs, new products and phase-out products in order to effectively response to market development whilst maximising service levels and optimising inventory.
• Co-ordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
• Responsible to calculate and analyse the gap between forecasts and actual sales.
• Advise Sales and Marketing of variances between existing forecasts, plans and actuals.
• Make adjustment to forecasts based on changes in demand and market trends.
• Implement actions for improving process and root cause identification.
• Manage stocks levels by ensuring appropriate parameters are set in the system to attain the target stocks levels and hitting the agreed service levels with customers.
• Ensure the success of launch and promotional plan, co-ordinating availability of finished products.
• Recommend SKU rationalization initiatives and co-ordinate phasing-out of SKUs.
• Facilitate Weekly Production Marketing (WPM) meeting.
• Attend all relevant meetings like NPD, Planning Meeting and MPP.Requirements:• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.

Production SupervisorResponsibilities:
• Lead a team of production workers and ensure finished products are manufactured in conformance with the production schedule, cost, quality and yield standards
• Assist Asst. Production Manager / Production Executive in managing / training manpower, packaging / raw material receiving, processing and finished goods handling during operations
• To ensure that records are properly maintained, updated and remain traceable as per ISO requirements
• To ensure that manpower is properly utilized so as to reduce bottleneck in the production in the production lines
• To monitor and verify material accuracy to ensure all materials are controlled, stored and segregated properlyRequirements:• Minimum Diploma / STPM with 1-2 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

• To plan and design experiments in vitro for skin research
• To device and conduct experiments in vitro
• To establish and consolidate experiments for various screening purposes in skin research

• Responsible to maintain scientific equipment and function of the laboratory

Marketing AssistantResponsibilities:
• Close liaison with Brand Team, Trade Marketing Manager, 3rd party agencies and internal cross functional teams to ensure marketing and trade activities are executed accordingly.
• Manage the development and execution of promotional packs & premiums.
• Responsible in preparing daily /monthly sales, promotion, production /inventory tracking report.
• To carry out panel test and collate questionnaires when required by the brand team, within the required time frame.
